Friends and family put lots of thought into your gift so make sure they know you appreciate their kindness. Tradition had it that thank you notes should be sent out no later than a month after the wedding. Hand written notes are best, as printed versions may come across as lazy. If time has flown by, send your cards anyway, everyone loves to be thanked.
